ECHO is a one point system integrated through mobility, web service and web application which provide a fast and effective way for the public in doing Payments, Reporting of incidents, Getting Information from Government departments, Subscriptions and Alerts etc.

• Report Incidents- The feature enable the citizens of the state to report issues from anywhere in the state.
• M-Pay System – Mobile payment facility enables citizen to pay their bills easily.
• Emergency SOS Calls- This feature allows users to subscribe for Emergency updates like Holidays, Hartal, Disease break-outs, Gazette Notifications, Event, Publications, PRD etc.
• Info & Help- Help feature will contain important information like Grant distribution, Useful Contacts, Consumer Helpline, Exam Notifications, FAQ’s etc. from the convenience of a mobile device.
